2.1 Account Information
When you create an account or use our services, we may collect: full name, email address, password (securely hashed), business or agency name, phone number, job title, niche specializations and target locations, profile or avatar image URL.
2.2 Lead & Business Data
To provide lead generation, outreach, and optimization services, we may collect and process: search queries performed within the platform, business lead results and saved prospects, website analysis and SEO audit data, social media profile links, pipeline stages, notes, and outreach history, AI-generated content such as outreach emails, proposals, website audit summaries, case studies, sales copy.
2.3 Billing Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We may store limited billing-related information such as Stripe customer ID, subscription plan, payment status, billing history.
2.4 Usage & Technical Data
We may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and device information, operating system, pages visited and feature usage, login timestamps, error logs and performance diagnostics, email open and click tracking for outreach campaigns sent through the platform.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate and improve the Service. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Services We Use: Google APIs, Anthropic AI, Stripe, DataForSEO, Moz, Semrush, Brave Search, Upstash Redis, Neon PostgreSQL.
When you analyze a website or business domain through the Service, the target URL or keyword may be transmitted to SEO providers for processing. Your personal account credentials and private contact lists are never shared with these providers.
3a. Chrome Extension Privacy (if applicable)
Vexiqo may publish browser extensions designed to assist with profile optimization, lead generation, outreach workflows, or productivity enhancement.
Local Storage: Certain extension preferences and generated content may be stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This may include user preferences, saved drafts, reminder schedules, scoring history, local AI-generated outputs. By default, locally stored extension data remains on your device and is not transmitted to Vexiqo servers unless you explicitly connect your account.
LinkedIn or Third-Party Website Interaction: Extensions may interact with public webpage content that you voluntarily open in your browser. We do not auto-click buttons or automate restricted actions, access private LinkedIn APIs, sell or share scraped data, or store private messages by default. Any actions performed remain user-initiated.
Optional Account Sync: If you connect the extension to your Vexiqo account, limited event data may be synced to your dashboard, such as outreach activity logs, lead association events, connected public profile URLs. Message contents are not stored unless explicitly saved by you.
Local AI Features: If local AI models are used, model files may be downloaded from public CDN providers such as Hugging Face, GitHub. These downloads occur directly between your browser and the provider.
Your Extension Controls: You may export locally stored extension data, reset all locally stored data, disconnect account synchronization, remove all extension data by uninstalling the extension.
